Restore a CarbPal Basic purchase

  1. Sign in to CarbPal with the account you use for the app.
  2. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account that originally purchased CarbPal Basic.
  3. On the CarbPal subscription screen, tap Restore Purchases.
  4. If already inside the app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.

Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge.

Cancel CarbPal Basic

  1. Open the iPhone or iPad Settings app.
  2. Tap your name or Apple Account.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select CarbPal.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow Apple's instructions.

Apple manages subscription billing and cancellation. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions for more help.

Delete a CarbPal account

Account deletion can be initiated inside CarbPal:

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. If the subscription screen is shown, scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  3. If the main app is unlocked, open Settings, find Account, and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm permanent deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and removes the CarbPal account and local app data handled by the deletion process. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription separately using the instructions above.
